Here's how the scheme works.

You will then be sent a letter on which a record of treatments you have had will be kept. It will also contain the vouchers.

You will be sent vouchers to the allowance, or pro rata, currently of £240 per six month period and includes a physiotherapy service.

Each time you have a treatment you present the correct value of vouchers to the therapist and they record the type of treatment, the date and the cost on your letter. This will be your record of how much you have spent.It sounds much more complicated than it actually is - give it a try to find out!

Once you have received your vouchers, it is up to you to choose just what treatment you want and which will be of most benefit to you. You then choose from the list of approved therapists, choose your treatment and make an appointment.Vouchers cannot be used for any other services and, if not used within the dates specified will no longer be valid. Any credit left on the voucher cannot therefore be carried over.

The group reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time or alter the value of such vouchers.
Any decisions regarding the scheme remain at the discretion of the coordinating team.
